With our world headquarters located in Singapore, we engage in investments, financial engineering and trading in financial instruments, financial and project consultancy services, arranging of financial services (loans) through tailor made structures and financial tools such as debentures, SKR’s, MTN’s, banking instruments, for short, medium and long-term projects, arranging of asset management services through globally reputed firms. Arranging capital investments into private and government medium to large scale development projects, in both global and emerging markets.

DAMFT Group engages in commercial enterprises directly with capital investments, joint venture partnerships through our Revenue Generating Pillars.

Pillar 1

Intermediation, Consulting and Project Management Services and the provision of professional and support activities 

Consulting services include financial reconstruction, portfolio acquisitions, project and corporate financing strategies, direct project management (infrastructure and start-ups), provision of international referral and intermediation activities. The Company will not give actual Investment Advice in the conduct of any of its operational activities.

The Company will operate within a network of like-minded professionals (both residing in the Company and within its Joint Venture partnerships) and who collectively have a very wide variety of skills in the disciplines of:

• larger-scale project planning and financing
• real estate management / strategies
• banking, finance and securities
• monetisation strategies
• corporate acquisitions and debt re-construction
• fiscal and financial management 
• marketing and brand management
• macro-economic policy formulation
• establishing, structuring, and managing commodity trade networks

The team and its network have amassed many thousands of hours of international consulting, teaching, action-based structuring and the application strong principles, in consistently delivering viable acts of transformation and value added. Each participant in the network can work independently or augment each other as client needs dictate.

Pillar 2

Real Estate Dealings (Commercial / Infrastructural) - acting only as either Principal for itself and as an SPV vehicle for its Joint Venture partners, under suitable funding structures and subsidiary entities created on a project-by-project basis. DAMFT will not operate any form of property-based Trust structures for public subscription or any type of activity that may be deemed a ‘regulated businesses.

DAMFT will acquire, develop and hold property portfolios for either income or exit for capital gain. 

The proprietors of DAMFT together with a network of associates have extensive experience in real estate portfolio management and in the making of strategic investments, together with the critical funding thereof.

Pillar 3: 

Brokerage and / or Direct Purchase and Selling of Commodities and or Capital Goods, under exclusive supply chain and exit agreements arranged with Joint Venture partners currently under development - each of whom have established commodity sourcing agreements or, who have proprietary products and require more effective international representation and organisational management. 

Commodities: Principally Metals (iron Ore, Copper, Nickel) and occasionally Capital Goods and Petroleum or Petroleum by-products, under ad-hoc contracts.

Product sourcing agreements will have ‘back-to-back’ CIF exit (sales) contracts.

DAMFT’s purchase and selling of such goods and commodities will be mostly conducted using traditional trade financing methods to secure financial commitments (with performance bond where necessary), Letters of Credit and Drafts.
